Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free worldwide and all the orders placed on www.tavantijewels.com are entrusted to the courier within 2 working days after payment confirmations. For the products to be sent to production in according to customer request, the shipment will take place at least within 10 working days, as communicated at the order confirmation.

We are able to deliver our products all over the world.

For the shipment of our jewels we use couriers specialized in the transport and safekeeping of valuables with qualified personnel and vehicles equipped with the most modern technologies and the highest safety standards. The shipment is insured and completely under the responsibility of Tavanti to the delivery.

The products are generally delivered within 2/3 working days from shipment within the EU, within 10 working days for orders outside the EU. The maximum deadline for delivery is 15 working days.

Upon delivery, the signature of an adult will be required to receive the goods. The customer authorizes anyone at the address indicated to receive the product upon delivery.
